Dr. George Shears III
Rev. Dr. George Shears III is a passionate preacher with a powerful voice for this generation. His enthusiasm for Christ is contagious, and his messages are electrifying. He is a sought-after preacher who is known for making it plain. Through sound doctrine and a heart for pastoral care, Pastor Shears shares the Gospel in a way that people of all walks of life can understand.
Pastor Shears has received his Bachelor of Science degree from Benedict College in Columbia, SC, a Master of Divinity degree from Gardner-Webb University, a Masters of Sacred Theology from Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry at Charlotte Christian College & Theological Seminary.

Our Helping Hands Ministry has been busy putting love into action!
Recently, New Hope`s Helping Hands ministry spent time fellowshipping with residents at Lakewood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and also donated 65 Blessing Bags to Jericho Way to support individuals in need throughout our community.
We are grateful for every volunteer who continues to serve with compassion, generosity, and the love of Christ. This is what it looks like to be the hands and feet of Jesus! 🙌🏽 #NewHopeAR
